Abstract

This study investigates the multidimensional impacts of income uncertainty occurring between 2021 and 2025 on psychological stress, family relationships, and daily productivity among working-age populations. The global and national economic recovery following the pandemic has been characterized by fluctuating labor markets, rising inflation, and inconsistent household earnings. Using a quantitative cross-sectional approach, data were collected from 200 respondents through structured surveys measuring perceived income instability, stress intensity, relational quality, and productivity. Analytical methods included descriptive statistics, reliability testing, and multiple regression modelling. The results reveal that income uncertainty significantly increases psychological stress, weakens emotional stability within family relationships, and reduces daily productivity. These findings highlight how economic instability affects social and psychological well-being, emphasizing the need for integrated financial resilience programs and mental health support systems.
