Pemulihan Sosial 2021–2025: Perubahan Kebiasaan Hidup Sehat, Produktivitas, dan Kualitas Relasi dalam Masyarakat
Abstract
This study examines the phenomenon of social recovery between 2021 and 2025 by analyzing changes in healthy living habits, productivity patterns, and relational quality within society. Using a descriptive qualitative method through thematic analysis of literature, policy reports, social surveys, and cultural observations, the study highlights a significant shift in community behavior following the global pandemic period. The findings indicate that awareness of physical and mental health increased, daily routines became more structured, and community engagement gradually improved. However, the period also shows polarization in productivity levels and changes in interpersonal dynamics due to digital communication dominance. The study concludes that social recovery is a multidimensional process influenced by health awareness, economic adaptation, and technological integration. These findings emphasize the importance of community-based programs, inclusive policies, and digital wellbeing strategies to support societal resilience.
